I just stuffed my face with leftover macaroni pasta with tuna + coffee creamer garlic sauce. YEP COFFEE CREAMER because our pantry was virtually empty so I had to improvise in order not to die of starvation because my parents love me so much like that. I didn’t exactly planned this recipe. It was more like an intervention from the carbo gods if ya ask me.
After sautéing garlic, onions and adding the spicy tuna straight from the can, I made a faux roux sauce (roux sauce is the mother swag sauce of sauce béchamel, sauce velouté and sauce espagnole for all you fancy French foodies and it also acts as a thickening agent for gravy, soups and stews SHUT UP I WATCH NIGELLA LAWSON OK) by sautéing the coffee creamer in oil (because we have no butter and i’m such a lazies to go out and about in this lazy weather) and adding the rest of the ingredients thereafter.
UGH it was awesome. Did I tell you that I hate cleaning up all the domesticated mess after? Oh I have the makings of a perfect wife and you know it.
